You can change your mean of payment.
Go to "mon compte/suivi de mes commandes".
Click on the order number you want to pay.
Then, click on "changer de méthode de paiement", and choose a different mean of payment.
I would like to order and send a book to a friend
In the order :
Change your delivery address.
You can also write down a "gift card" which will be added to your invoice. Your friend will NOT receive the invoice.
I would like to sponsor some friends, how does it work ?
Go to the page "mon compte" and click on "parrainer un ami".
Write down your friend's names and email addresses.
Modify or send your message as it is.
our friends will individually receive an email including all the conditions required to be sponsored.
If one of them (or all of them) order on our website, we will then credit your account with a free book (one book for each friend who has ordered). You will be able to use it as soon as your next order.
You can sponsor as many friends as you want.
I have obtained a free book, how to use it ?
The amount of your reduction is specified in "mon compte".
The reduction is validated automatically.

The time limit of the delivery is specified in our help. It depends of course of the postal services

In which country do you deliver ?
We deliver all over the world. We have a partnership with La Poste (french postoffice), here in France.
I would like to use a coupon
You can use it in two ways :
You type your coupon code when you are in the invoice part thank to the link "utiliser un coupon de réduction",

There is a mistake in my order. What can I do ?
If it is a mistake that we have done, we will find a way to make you pleased.

I had an error code, white I was using my credit card
If you have a 05 or a 09 error code, it is a problem which only comes from our bank. We advice you to try again or to come back later until the problem with our bank is resolved.
How much I need to order to have free shipping ?
If you live in France or Monaco, you need to order
25 euros. If live in European Community or Suisse,
